How do I get from deploying my app to having all the course data show up on my url?

Hello!

I am creating a course for a dry cleaning business to use for training employees.

I'm using a Mac, Python 2.7.8, the latest version of course builder...and text edit. I don't know if I need to set up for billing or get an API? I'm a little stuck.

I think I have successfully downloaded Google App Engine (1.9.53), Course Builder (and have customized the course template data).

So, where I know I'm in the wrong place...is: I go to my url: http://ziker-sales-associate.appspot.com/ and it only says "hello world!"
I think that means I've deployed my app to the cloud network but I haven't attached the course builder to my cloud project...

I've been watching this youtube video in spanish( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIHceXUlRr4&t=1000s) to walk me through the steps, but, it shows her navigating to a page "localhost:8080" and the bones of the course show up...I'm a little confused because when I go to that page...it takes me to an instances page. How do I connect that with my appspot url?

What am I missing?
