Suddenly very slow performance

Hi, we are in Perth, Western Australia, and this morning we are experiencing very slow performance on the GAE server, most requests are timing out, even simple ones. Yesterday night it was working normally, and we didn't release any new versions since. Only this morning I have tried to release the application on a F4_1G machine, still to no avail.

status.cloud.google.com doesn't report anything wrong currently.

Does anyone know something more about this? Thank you

Hi,

Troubleshooting steps would be:

- check the logs for any errors

- monitor the traffic at the time of the issue

- try with different scalling set up[1]

- enable tracing[2] to see exactly what is causing the latency

If nothing helped, I suggest that contact GCP support by creating a new support ticket[3] as for this kind of issues we need to inspect your project and other parameters to identify the root cause.
