Code Editor not found at UI location given in docs.

at top right, and clicking it opens the code editor.

Hello Chris,

You can access Code Editor from the Cloud Shell toolbar by clicking the pencil icon. The proper page to look to is rather "Features". You were looking at a blog page dating from October 18, 2016. Code Editor is in beta stage, and may change still.
