ORDER - Google Query Language in Google Sheets

I have problem with QUERY function in Google sheets.

I want order the result by alphabet. It works. But there is some diacritic chars in my language (Czech). So alphabet is á|č|ď|é|f|g|h|ch|i|í|j|k|l....

Is there some posibility to set different alphabet?
