Hello,

As a first step, please make sure to update your Cloud SDK to the latest version and then please follow our quickstart about App Engine Flex as usually this issue is related to a misconfiguration. If you are not able to deploy even by following our quickstart, please post the output from running the command with the flag --verbosity=debug which will show more information about this issue. Please do not include any personal information as this is a public post.
