I've tried to connect in BitBucket in order to clone my GIT repository but no success!

Hey Luiz,
You should post a Public Issue Tracker issue for this, and prepare by capturing a HAR recording of the failed browser interaction. Whoever picks up the issue for triage will set the view of the issue to be restricted so as to protect your privacy, at which point you can post the HAR file and we can see what might be behind the issue.
