billing account closed?

well, i'm trying to create my first project, but it says my billing account got closed, why is this?

i asked my bank and they told me everything was fine on their side. am i doing something wrong?

if i try to re-add the billing account i get this error

"Unexpected error, try again later"

can someone help me with this issue please

You'll need to contact billing about this. Unfortunately I can't tell you why this might be occurring.
