app engine for flexible enviornment

i recently created a project on google app engine flexible environment for java. As it is running on continuous billing and we are still in a very limited phase so we are trying to minimize the money it is eating. 

however, i could not find how do i change those settings like setting to consume minimal capacity resources for now ?

Hi Vivek,

You can config the Resource Settings to control the computing resources that will be using for your Flex instance so that you can control the cost of the running instance.
