How to exporting User Explorer data?

Hi, 
In google analytics i want to get details of User explorer(users report) through google analytics API (python API), but i do not see the user explorer metrics (I have to store the client or user id in a custom dimension).

So there are other ways can retrieve all UserID's User explorer(users report)?

To see User-ID data in the report, you need to enable the User-ID feature in your property settings. Client IDs appear in the report by default for properties that aren’t enabled for User-ID. You may find more detail on the "User Explorer" help page, as well as on the "Google Analytics Solutions Community" page. You may also contact Google Analytics Support, as this forum is not the appropriate one for Google Analytics, but invites to discussion on App Engine matters.
