Something changed in App Engine settings for customer domain and SSL certificate?

Hi, 

Just deploy a new app engine in a new created project, everything working as usual except when I try to add some custom domains, I can't "Disable Managed Security" anymore, so it automatically "Enable Managed Security" for all our custom domain mappings, couple weeks ago I can just click on the "Disable Managed Security" and then I can assign it to my own SSL by tab on "SSL Certificate".

Also I misspelled one of the custom domains and I can't even delete it anymore. (it says I don't have permission to delete the custom domain I created)

Does anyone know those changes?

- Can you make sure what kind of permissions do you have? the message that you provide it means that indeed you cannot make that change because of lack of permissions. Otherwise
