What is a good appengine location to choose, if you are serving primarily the India customers.

Depending on what your'e after (connectivity time?) - probably just pick the closest location available for the product you need. 

https://cloud.google.com/about/locations/ says it's Tokyo or maybe Sydney but you'd better off test the latency yourself.
