Over the last four days, I have been trying to set up a free billing account deploy a simple inventory management web app for my final year project (INTEGRATION OF DEPLOYABLE
CLOUD SERVICES FOR STARTUPS Using GOOGLE
CLOUD PLATFORM).
All my attempts have not been successful, I kept receiving this message: 'correct this card info or try a different card'.
I have gone to my bank for my billing address, yet it is not working,
can someone help me out please thanks in advance.
