Hi Team,

I have crated a auto scaling dataproc cluster with 1.3deb as image and with this i was able to access jupyter notebook, But once i changed to image-version 1.4-ubuntu18 to get python/Anaconda 3or above version my Jupyter notebook is not working please provide me the solution for this.

Can you clarify your use case? Dataproc is intended to execute parallel Big Data jobs and NOT intended to run a Jupyter notebook.
