Create VPS on Google Cloud Platform with nonprofits account.

Hi guys,

I belong to a non profit organization and we want to create a VPS on Google Cloud Platform. When we are trying to create a VPS the Google Cloud Platform requires a credit card and says that we can test (for free) the Google Cloud Plaftorm.
My question is: My account is nonprofit so the GCP should "jump" this step, rigth? I don't need to put the credit card, rigth?
