Verification status "Being verified" since 3 months

Hi. I provided all the information for verification in the Google Console about 3 months ago and sent it. There is still "Being verified" status when I check my console. What should I do?

Usually this process is taking 7 business days so please be sure that your gmail filters are not blocking the emails from the Trust & Safety - API team.

I have this same issue and cannot find any emails from the team. Is there a way to reinitiate the process?
