RDP - Unable to connect

Olá,

Estou tentando acessar a minha máquina virtual pelo RDP, ela está online pelo console.

O RDP tenta fazer a conexão, porém apresenta a mensagem de erro abaixo quando eu tento acessar.

Unable to connect

We couldn't connect to the remote PC. Make sure the PC is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.

Error code: 0x204

Alguém poderia me ajudar ?
