Force https with new managed SSL

Is there any administrative way to force https once the managed SSL certs are installed?

I installed managed SSL for a domain earlier today and it went very smoothly. Thanks for implementing this.

Just add a "secure" parameter to the app.yaml file. 

handlers:
- url: /youraccount/.*
  script: accounts.py
  login: required
  secure: always
