I want to make a website using a video script
And Someone Will set the script up for me.
Do they provide with ssh root access?

and for the script to work the server/host Will need following:

GD2 Support
MySQL Support
CURL Support
SimpleXML Support
FTP Support
PCRE with UTF8/Unicode Properties
PHP CLI >= 5.2.x (see above for support)
FFMpeg => 0.11.5 (with support for lame, x264, theora, vpx, xvid, faac, faad2, amr, webm, jpeg, png, gif and freetype)

Hello Nikolaj,

It's possible to setup all you've mentioned above on a Google Compute Engine instance. 

You'll be able to SSH into the instance(s) created. For security reasons it's not possible to directly connect as root. However once connected, administrators can run sudo without requiring a password. 

You can get started by setting up a LAMP environment first.
