AppEngine SSL not working on www subdomain

Works:

Doesn't:

In the console, it says the www is already mapped: https://i.imgur.com/5McR35z.png

What am I missing?

Minor update: I tried deleting and recreating the custom domain setup. I'm still getting the same image that says the naked and www are mapped and so I can't re-add and thus can't re-enable managed SSL. 

So now I have no ssl on either naked or www.
