Hello everyone

I had a qustion about google cloud privacy and i read Privacy & Terms  completly and I wanted make sure i understand very well

Im developing a free vpn app for android and you know there is alot of people who search for free vpn

my qustion is if setup a vpn server are goverment,companys or isps able to find my info like name adress and etc?
