Flex vs Standard - Feature Comparison

Hello All,

Is there a detailed doc which shows the comparison of Flex vs Standard?

I am not far into my GAE journey and have opted for flex, but reading some of the threads in this group I feel that quite a few nice features are lost. It would be great to get the full picture.

I am specifically interested in Nodejs
