without any  increase in traffic.

No increase in traffic, but suddenly heavy increase in cost.

Also,

'Datastore Stored Data' is not being reset every 24 hours. It simply adds from the previous day and count grows.

Instance start up time usually takes 20 sec, now most of the time start up fails due to deadline exceeded exception.
