Hello.
My question is: is it possible to use the blobstore without a form?

I am asking this question because I want to do the following in a ionic/cordava App:

the user take a picture with his phone, click a button upload and the file gets uploaded to the blobstore.
I do not know how to do this because:
once the user has taken the picture, what I have is  the path of the file, and the documentation about the blobstore only talks about form. I do not want to create a form  because then the user would have to select the file to upload...(which he already have )

Is it possible to replace the form using an angularjs function or anything else...?

thank you.

Sure, in any language it's possible to replicate in your code what the browser does to send a multipart/form-data body for an HTTP POST.

For angularjs, in particular, see for example https://github.com/danialfarid/ng-file-upload .

Alex

thank you.
