Multiple Tracker in Form || Pins múltiples en formulario

Hello! I have a trouble with my page. I am working with Google Maps Plataform and I want to track the map when I complete the fields in my form. Actually I can do that but I see multiple trackers in the Map.

Hola! Tengo problemas con la página web que estoy desarrollando. Actualmente estoy trabajando Google Maps Plataform y quiero que aparezca el Pin cuando completo el formulario de dirección. Actualmente esto lo puedo hacer bien pero se complica cuando aparecen multiples pines en el mapa.
