Stuck while Removing Indexes

Using project meekan-new-meeting.

Tried to create 6 new indexes, and it resulted in "Error" state.

Afterwards, tried to "vaccum" them, and it resulted in a permanent "Removing.." state.

It's been going on for a few hours now.

a) Is it possible to clean it up?

b) Those indexes would be about 50-100 GB each. How can I create them and verify it won't happen again?

I noticed the 6 indexes were already deleted from your project. It is possible you experienced a case of "exploding" indexes.  You can read more about this here. I also recommend reading index's best practices.
