dial unix /cloudsql/project_id:asia-south1:trapigodb/.s.PGSQL.5432: connect: no such file or directory

I am using golang flex environment tries with both mysql and postgres. It gives the same error.

I followed the exact tutorials which were shown on google website.

I SSH into app engine instance but was not able to get "/cloudsql" as well my Cloud SQL API and Cloud Admin SQL API  is on.

Please help.
