Loading resources from appengine instance is not successful

Hello. 

We have an application deployed to google appengine. For the last few weeks, we noticed an issue when some files are not being loaded and stays pending ... in network tab dev tools. Sometimes it could be a third party js file from assets, but sometimes this can be app.min.js which means that application won't work. even images which are place in templates like <img src="/assets/image.jpg" /> could stay in this state. after refreshing the page everything could came back or some other things could be missed. if try to request pending URL directly the file is here. 

What happened what appengine or balancer? and what could be done to make things work?

Thank you for reaching out. This looks to be related to a known issue which has been reported to the App Engine engineering team and you can track the progress on this issue tracker. The team is currently working to resolve the issue and once they have an update should be posted there.
