Why did my GAE application disappear?

Six years ago I created a GAE Java application which worked fine until a month ago, then the website suddenly has stopped working.

I even do not see the application in the App Engine console anymore.

I can only see an empty project in the Cloud Platform console (Project ID: vetlabonline, Project number: 623253872298).
