Unexpected Build Error: Nodejs Project failed on deployment after running locally.

I have been doing a successful deployments of my project until when my account was suspended for billing issue.

After i resolved the issue and updated my Card Information, this problem still persisted leaving me with the thought that it is not a billing issue but what exactly is causing this has not been identified. I did not install node package recently.
