Help configure app.yaml

I have a couple of website files in php I wish to to upload on app engine but i am a noob with configuring app.yaml files so i have never gotten it right with making my websites work on app engine. anybody willing to help should please send me an email to fastcre...@gmail.com. Thanks

Here you can find the documentation on how to configure your app.yaml. You can also try the Quickstarts for App Engine standard environment or App Engine Flex environment to get a better undrestanding on how to create a small App Engine app.
