Hello,

This seems to be an authentication issue. You can try running “gcloud auth revoke” and then authenticating once again using “gcloud auth application-default login” as well as updating your Cloud SDK version. If none of this works, I would recommend you to create a public Issue Tracker as Google Groups is meant for conceptual discussions and Issue Tracker would be a better place for this as you are reporting an issue with the platform. That way we could investigate further to see if this could be an issue on our end. 

In addition, I would recommend you to edit out your projectID as it should not be shared with the public.

If you decide to open an Issue Tracker, please open a private issue and provide your project ID and the command you are running and if possible, run the command with --verbosity=debug and include the output.
