Error: 409 Conflict. No transaction is in progress.

Last night, I deployed my project by eclipse, I got this problem "Unable to update app: Error posting to URL:https:// ......" 409 Conflict No transaction is in progress. 

I am very confused. Because before everything is OK!

Have anyone got this problem! I don't know how to solve this problem? please...

Hello Cheng-Hsiung, there was an issue earlier that fits your description and has since been resolved. It affected the deployment of updates to existing versions of an application, but not the deployment of entirely new versions.
