Receiving 400 errors when deploying to AppEngine

Hi,

Up until this morning , I've been deploying to our module using appcfg.py update --version=...

I came in this morning to do a fresh deployment and received the following issue. After retrying I got it to deploy correctly but then again 10 minutes later I see:

Client Error (400)
The request is invalid for an unspecified reason.

I'm curious if it has anything to do with the fact that we just broke 3000 files in our applications code:

Hi George,

Breaking 3000 files should not stop you at all, and if it did, it would be a hard limit that would consistently block you.

What are you trying to use to deploy? Do you mind running it again with the "--verbose" flag so we can see a bit more?
