GAE started saying This version has no instances deployed

GAE asia-south1 (MUMBAI) running in node.js 12.

It was actually working yesterday.

app.yaml

runtime: nodejs12

env_variables:

NODE_ENV: staging

This was fixed. This was some sort of network issue. Somehow every device connected to the same ISP were not able to access the ".appspot.com" endpoint. I tried with another ISP and found this is fixed. Thanks.

I'm experiencing the same problem again: ref
