Hi,

Starting just a few minutes ago the Log Viewer stopped working for me.  I see a record for each log entry, but all it shows me is the log level and the datetime stamp of the entry.  The log details are not shown.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

Yes, it happens from time to time in Safari. I’ve reported it to this group and also done the “Feedback” thing on the console.

Known work-arounds are:

1. Use chrome
2. Refresh the page and cross your fingers.

If you manage to capture the issue occurring while recording a HAR of the tab's activity, you could post a Public Issue Tracker issue, request that it be set to restricted/private viewing, and then upload once someone from Google acknowledges the thread. This will help to get to the bottom of what happened, and is a common practice for client-side errors.

Best of luck!

This also happened to me yesterday. Only timestamps were visible, and opening a line for details just showed empty space.

A full refresh fixed it.

Latest chrome.

Just to reiterate my advice above for the benefit of any new posters: Issues should be captured properly in data and described adequately in a Public Issue Tracker issue report. Google Groups is meant for general discussion of the platform and services, not issue reporting, for which task the Public Issue Tracker is specially-suited.

I have seen similar issues; the old log viewer is still around from appengine.google.com, it is not as fancy but is reliable. I hhope the team irons these issues with the new log viewer soon.
