Cloud Tasks ETA?

I know I can sign-up for the alpha, but I'd like beta-like stability. I think it has been in alpha for quite a while now.

That is a frequently seen inference, but it really has no sound basis. Since Google essentially never publishes, ahead of time, any public information on ETAs and other items on its roadmap, inferring anything from the lack of such hardly-ever-seen announcements is trying to create information out of lack-of-information... not well founded.

As you probably have confirmed already, the Cloud Task Beta version is still not available. However, I can confirm that there are ongoing internal evaluation for this implementation but there is still no ETA for this request. 

That being said, the Google groups is not the appropriate thread to monitor this request for the Beta version. It is often better to monitor this type of request via the Issue tracker, where you can get regular updates from our Product Engineers. I have created an issue link for this Cloud Tasks Beta request. I recommend that you bookmark the link, so, you can get regular updates on the issue.
