Log Viewer not available

The log viewer seems not available today (for all my app engine apps). See attached picture.

Does anyone else have this problem?

There is currently a known intermittent issue with the Logs Viewer in the Cloud Console. Our engineering team is aware and are working hard on fixing the issue with high priority. All further communications will occur in the Public Issue Tracker report.
