App engine hosted website - Google search shows the domain is no longer parked by GoDaddy

Hi

My application is hosted by GAE and I recently transferred my domain from GoDaddy to Google Domain. I have set the A, AAAA and CNAME records in google domain and the site is accessible. But when I search on 'Google' it shows that "domain is no longer parked by GoDaddy". What would be causing this and how can I fix this?

The Google Cloud Platform has no insight into your Google Domain setup. It is recommended to contact Google Domains or GoDaddy to receive proper support in properly setting up your DNS servers.

Thanks for the response. The Google domain support asked me to contact GAE for this issue.

I will assume then that when you "search on 'Google'" you actually mean visit your App Engine application via your custom domain. 

If this is the actual issue where you only see the message "domain is no longer parked by GoDaddy" when visiting your App Engine application, than the issue is due to remaining DNS servers on Google Domains or GoDaddy that are still pointing to GoDaddy. 

To have your App Engine application correctly served with your custom domain, you must completely follow the App Engine Custom Domain guide steps 4 and 5 to ensure that your Google Domains A and AAAA records all point to App Engine.

Thanks for the response.As I said the site is accessible, and the records are correct. That is if I type the domain-name.com in the address bar, it works. But If I 'search' i.e. search for domain-name.com the first result shows that 'domain is no longer parked...'.

To clarify this is the App Engine Google Group which focuses specifically on the Google Cloud Platform App Engine product. 

If your issue is not with App Engine and specifically with Google Search returning incorrect results only, you follow the 'Ask Google to recrawl your URLs' guide to ask Google to re-index your website in order to show its latest configuration. If you require more Google Search specific support, you can refer to their Google Webmasters Support page.
