Increased latency every 2 minutes

Hello

from past friday at least, we are suffering from latency spikes

We are using java and GAE, and the usual response of every request is about 150 msec

Every 2 minutes, very predictable, system become slow and all the responses need 5 seconds.

This high latency time frame lasts about 2 or 3 seconds

If I look at the latency chart, it is very jagged, sawthoot shape

No changes in version we made, no asnwer yet from support

Is someone suffering from this?

today 9th feb 8am gmt-3 was solved

no explanation yet from GAE team where the problem comes from
