Cant create Project on Cloud Console (Rate Limit Exceeded)

I cant seem to create a new project on the Google Cloud console.

I have tried over several days but i keep getting the Rate Limit errors.

Is there a limit to the amount of project one can create? I have deleted a few projects, just in case.

I have about 30 projects setup

I took a look and the reason you cannot create a new project is that you have reached a limit of how many projects are allowed per user. To request that this limit is increased please fill out the form at:

To other users reading this thread, if you get a similar error with only a few projects, you may have reached a limit of how many projects are allowed per billing account. To request that this limit is increased please fill out the form at:
