Google API for Text to Speech

I have searched on Google and Google Cloud Document for "Text to Speech" function. But I only found "Speech to Text". Is there any API I can use to implement my "Text to speech".

Hello James,

At this time, the Google Cloud Platform does not offer a "Text to speech" API. This type of work is typically performed locally, as in the case of the Android application Google Text-to-speech.
