Error when deploying Spring boot to Google app engine

  Hi all,

  I'm working with Spring boot and Google app engine. I'm trying to deploy a Spring boot project to Google app engine via command "gradle appengineDeploy" but always received error "ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) Operation [xxx/xxx/xxx] timed out. This operation may still be underway."

. Could you please tell me any solution to fix this error?

To deploy a Java app using Maven, use the following command: 

mvn appengine:deploy

You can follow this SpringBoot HelloWorld for App Engine Standard (Java 8) sample application.
