(Q2 2015) Still no SSL on appengine developers console?

Does it mean I can finally setup SSL on the developer console without buying a 40 euro google apps admin account first which is ridiculous if you only need a SSL setup and already have a SSL certificate?

I don't see any SSL buttons in the developers console?

Hey Gert,

Well for now, the article still points to Google Admin, so I can tell you for sure that right now, this still requires an Apps account.

Stay tuned for the changes to this article. For now I cannot provide more information than is shown at the top of the page you linked to.

+1  Many users for way too long have been holding their breadth for this. I do not want to start ranting here because I am very happy with many other aspects of GAE but this one is way too long overdue!!! I do not mind the the Google Apps account really but it is way too complex to do it now.
