discussion related a firewall google cloud

we are hosting our php web application on app engine flex environment. we will let a number of users to manage multiple social media accounts and pages as we are developing social media management tool. for eg - if a user of our product is adding 50 accounts and managing it then the user will get blocked by a social media platform whose accounts he has been added, the reason for blocking will be all the connected or request coming through one IP address (google app engine instance IP ). So is there any way to enable the firewall and pass the rule of hiding IP address or disabling it. Or any service provided by Google cloud to solve this problem.

GCP doesn't offer a product to bypass third party firewalls or change IP for an instance once it has been blocked by a third party firewall.
