exmple.com work.but www.exmple.com take me to anouther page -godaddy

hello

i forward my domain name to my auther domain name with 301 redirection in godaddy

but i have a big problem

the : exmple.com version take me to the new domain

but the www.exmple.com dont take me to my new domain it took me to euror 404 page

so

please any idea to make the www work as so the no www version

+ dont tel me to do a forward because i made one to my new website
