GAE outage in EU

Since 9am CEST today we've had huge server problems on GCP - GAE/J in EU.
time out errors
seems to be a problem with instance scaling from that I can see...
any info please?

Hello Doug,
Are you having the same issue now? If Yes, I would recommend to open a private App Engine issue in issue tracker providing more details along with the version number so we can investigate further.
