GAE not updating my settings.py file on production env

I have django application running on GAE standard env. When I update files and run deploy, even though google is telling me is updating the file, when I check the source code the file is not updated (it seems to be the only file having this issue, every other file I update it runs fine).

More details are needed in this case. What is this file? App configuration or rather a part of the serving code.

Have you attempted to use a different browser, incognito or clearing the cache and cookies to validate that the issue is not due to your browser's cache settings?

Does the app work as intended, or is it functioning as the "previous" version?

Knowing these details can help you determine the root cause.
