GAE Application disabled is not enabling

Hi Google,

One of my production GAE Application was running successfully past 3 years.

I disabled the GAE application for my back end work. After 2 hours I try to enable GAE application. 

But GAE application doesn't enable. Please help me to solve this. It's an emergency for us.

Hi Google,

I fixed the issue, Bcz of FE version. I got this issue, I deleted the FLEXIBLE ENV version in my GAE application.
