Cannot enable the application, why?

I disabled my application and now cannot enable it.

The reason I disabled it is because I'm having issues with flexible environment and I want to see if restart the application will fix it.

However now I can't even make my standard environment work.

This really sucks and I cannot even find any error message why I cannot enable it.

I recommend that you report this issue to the Issue Tracker and provide us with the first three digits of your project number so that we would be able to investigate the root cause of the issue.
