Federated Login 500 Server Error

Hi Everyone,
I am facing a issue with my app engine application federated login. Appreciate it if you can share your thought or provide any insight.
When I click on the login, it usually takes me to the federated login page. However I am currently getting the following for the past hour. Is this a known issue currently?
Error: Server Error
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds.

Is this still going on? Are you signed into multiple accounts when you see this error?
